Lacunascape Renovation Company was established by the most respected engineers in the Philippines named Engr. Monica A. Acat, Engr. Samantha Joyce B. Valaquio, Engr. Angel Gennie B. Sabolbora, Engr. Cyril Martinez and Engr. Reylan Bagacay. Who graduated Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Capiz State University and pursued their passion to create a unique and world class renovation company.

Lacunascape Renovation was established by the most respected engineers in the Philippines which are all schoolmates at that time, they believe in “creating positive change by combining generative living infrastructure and design driven living”.
‘’Lacunascape’’ from the Latin word “lacuna” meaning a blank space or a missing part and ‘’scape’’ in architecture refers to a shaft of a column, Lacunascape renovation provides unique services where it prioritize the needs of clients while appreciating the current structure aiming to create a space of desire with the consideration of the environment both living and non-living already present to it, the logo symbolizes the minimalistic but sophisticated approach to people.

COSMETIC RENOVATION
Cosmetic renovation/remodel is a very light-touch and typically less expensive project. The work that goes into this type of upgrade can involve touch-ups like painting, decorating, or adding new shelves and etc. No plumbing or electric is disturbed, and the layout remains untouched and requires zero permits at all
PARTIAL RENOVATION
Partial renovation/remodel is a midway point in projects. Here is when homeowners are likely to engage professionals and contractors to assist with bringing their vision to life and managing permitting processes. Partial renovations often focus on one or two spaces within the larger whole of the structure. The layout of the space remains the same, but homeowners may choose to open a non-load-bearing wall or move a few outlets around for a more convenient electrical layout.
GUT RENOVATION
Gut renovation/remodel include a major layout change to the structure such as building a second bedroom or opening a fairly subdivided space for a roomier, more loft-like layout. At the point at which the homeowner is stripping their space down to the risers, many buildings will ask that the work include an update to the electrical and plumbing. A full gut renovation involves stripping all the interior finishes, roof membrane, windows, and pluming/heating/etc. out of the building, so that you've got just the structural skeleton and left.
